Tax Matters Accountants approached us to be part of a four-way pitch to rename and rebrand the company and become their marketing partner. They had realised that their name no longer reflected the services they offered and their image was out of date and a little staid.

After conducting an online survey with their current and lapsed customers, we held a planning workshop to really get to grips with the culture and personality of the business, it’s position in the marketplace and their target audience needs.

The result was a fun and memorable new name, Beans (a play on the old insult ‘bean counter’ often hurled at accountants) and a vibrant new look that sums up the personality and fresh approach of the business. The identity was rolled out into a new website, brochure, presentation, social media, store fronts and stationery.

Initial feedback from their clients is really enthusiastic and Beans have ambitious growth plans over the next four years which Workshop are happy to be playing a part in.
